It is time for spiritual gatekeepers to arise and take their position. Gatekeepers are intercessors and people chosen and appointed by God to play a significant role within the church. They are the eyes of our church and of the nation. God wants you to stand on the spiritual gates to see current and future events, to proclaim the Word of God, and to contend against the wiles of the enemy waged against the work of God. It is time for us to answer the call of God, be consecrated and be ready to serve. Gatekeepers will mend the breach in the place of prayer, build a hedge and protect the city from demonic intrusion. No unauthorised agent of hell should be given access to afflict our families and tamper with the promised God has given us when there are watchmen who understand their call and purpose. “And he set the gatekeepers at the gates of the house of the Lord, so that no one who was in any way unclean should enter.” 2 Chronicles 23:19
